The Work Supervisor NVQ Level 3 qualification is for experienced Supervisors that have a good working knowledge of their trade.

To get this NVQ you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Supervising individuals or teams
• Confirming work activities and methods of work
• Co-ordinating and organising work
• Maintaining Health and Safety and Welfare Systems
• Allocating and monitoring the use of plant, machinery and equipment
• Monitoring progress of work against schedules 
• Confirming work meets quality standards

This will get you a Supervisory GOLD CSCS Card.

If this doesn’t sound like the right course for you, you may want to look at the Operations Manager CCO NVQ Level 6. This NVQ will get you a Manager BLACK CSCS Card.

On average 4-6 weeks depending on your availability. If needed we can help you get qualified faster to get you back working on site at no extra cost.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN GETTING YOUR NVQ
You have to provide site evidence of you carrying out your job safely and you have to complete the knowledge requirements which will involve some informal questions – This is similar to talking about your work with one of your workmates.

WE WILL ASSESS YOU IN A WAY THAT SUITS YOU BEST:
We can ask you questions face to face, over the phone or help you with written questions if you prefer.

REMEMBER – This isn’t a test. Everyone does the job differently so we relate the questions to your experience to make it easier for you.
