The NVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling qualification is for wall and floor tilers that have a good working knowledge of their trade.
To get this NVQ you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Preparing surfaces
- Cutting and fixing tiles to walls and floors
This will get you a Skilled Worker BLUE CSCS Card.
The next steps for you could be to move on to a Wall and Floor Tiling NVQ Level 3 and or the Work Supervisor NVQ Level 3 if you have the right experience. These will get you either an Advanced Craft GOLD CSCS Card.

You have to provide site evidence of you carrying out your job safely and you have to complete the knowledge requirements which will involve some informal questions – This is similar to talking about your work with one of your workmates.
