When you think of an industry dominated by men, construction might just be the first one that comes to mind. Although it could still be seen as a very much male-dominated industry, times are indeed changing and it’s more and more common to find women working in all fields of construction, from plastering, tiling and even Construction Management.

Throughout October we have turned our focus on the women of our industry and the value they bring. All month we have been shining a light on and celebrating the contributions of our female workers within the construction industry. From our Assessors to our candidates, these women are making a mark on the construction industry!
